Our carnival group is designed for adult participants, welcoming individuals 17 years and older. Persons under the age of 17 will not be accepted!
PAYMENT POLICY
A non-refundable deposit is required to register and confirm all costume bookings, regardless of the costume price. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the specified payment deadline. Costumes must be fully paid for before collection and payments must be made through Mas OS. Cheques will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR REGISTRATION WILL ONLY BE COMPLETED AND VALID WHEN THE DEPOSIT IS PAID.
Disclaimers
Masqueraders who fail to pay the full balance by the due date will forfeit any and all monies initially paid as partial payment of the deposit. No exceptions allowed!
Costumes remain the property of the band until paid in FULL and collected.
REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY
Please note that carnival costumes are custom-made items therefore once a deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Additionally, information inputted by you the customer will be considered as final and please note the following:
There can be NO exchange or switching of sections or options.
Changes of measurements or sizes can be accepted up to October 20th 2025.
There can be NO Costume Transfers.
NO Returns will be accepted.
COSTUME COLLECTION
Costumes must be picked up by the registered owner at the distribution center, with valid photo ID. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must also present valid ID and be officially authorized.
The costume distribution schedule will be shared via email, posted on the band’s website, and announced on social media. Please note that different sections may have different pickup dates. The final collection date will be confirmed by the band, and any costumes not collected by then will no longer be available.
